FAQ's 

1.  What is the Assurance Plan on Memberships?  Answer:  Assurance Plan on Memberships ONLY apply to PRO Package (100 leads/month) and the ELITE Package (500 leads/month).  The Assurance is that IF you have not broken even on whatever you are Paying for the LEADS in the 3rd month of paying, then PHG will stop charging you for the leads and keep you in the Lead Rotator for FREE until you break even!  For example, if you are on a PRO MEMBERSHIP and You are MSI CERTIFIED then you are paying $50 per month for the leads.  If you haven't broken even in the 3rd month then PHG will stop charging you in the 4th month for the leads and at same time, keep you in the Lead Rotator UNTIL you break-even!  
2. What is the Assurance Plan on Ad Packs?  The Assurance Plan on AD PACKS is that PHG will NOT remove you from the Lead Rotator UNTIL you have reached the set number of Direct Sign-ups and Total Team Member Sign-ups as stated in EACH AD PACK.  There is a COMPANY GOAL of number of leads and Time Frame to get to the assured number; however, this is ONLY A GOAL.
3.  Is there GUARANTEED NUMBER OF SIGN-UPS?  NO, that is not a sustainable model.  Don't believe there is a Lead Company on the Planet that could do that.  Sign-Ups depend on so many factors that it would be impossible to do.  Also, PHG never uses the word "Guarantee" rather they use "Assurance" which implies a sense of confidence that something will happen.
4. What does the time frame suggest in the AD PACKS?  Both the Time and Number of Leads are simply Estimated Goals of the Company for you to Complete Your AD PACKAGE.  However, this is ONLY a GOAL and with so many different factors in and out of the Company's control that can affect the time and number of leads, would suggest to be patient.  Remember, this Company is doing something that has NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE!  Finally, Your sponsor or upline has NO MORE information than you on Time and Number of Leads...please contact Company directly or Watch the LATEST TEAM UPDATE (usually on Monday nights).  
5.  What resources do I have if I have questions? 
   1. Your Back Office (Getting Started is great place to start).
   2. Ask Sparky Questions either in TEXT form (see small Sparky ICON in bottom right of your dashboard.) Or you can call Sparky and ask questions.
   3. Attend or Watch latest Team Meeting Replay on Blog (usually on Monday nights.)
   4. LIVE SUPPORT!!  YES, On your dashboard, click for live 1-on-1 Coaching and Onboarding and they will ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING!  

             5.  Click SUPPORT on your Back Office/Dashboard and                   submit question.

        6.  Your Sponsor/Upline - Would ONLY use them for items that the COMPANY cannot answer like:  Additional Marketing Strategies, Feedback/Comments, etc.  Please do NOT use your sponsor/upline for Company information that you can get from the other above 5 steps.  WHY?  Cause nobody got into this business to be a Customer Service rep.  Imagine 10 reps on YOUR team texting/calling about customer service questions where you could be spending your time on Marketing, building your biz, or even family time.   Now lets change that to 100 reps, 1000 reps, 10k reps.... i believe its going to happen with this company so lets all teach to use the SYSTEM in place.
